CSV import to MySQL

I need to have a CSV import PHP script, that runs x-times every hour (cron job) and import data into mysql database.
I have two different CSV files. One type will be upladed into csv and the other type will be uploaded into csv2 folder. The script shall run through all the files in the folder, and when done with the files delete them.
There is about 6 fields that need to be added. One table with the different "shops" and one table with date, time, week number, day number (1-7) and amount in and amount outgoing also timestamp when the mysql line was added.
Project needs to be started soon, and please delivere by the end of this weekend.
