Payment module for Zen-Cart 1.3.9h PaySafeCard

I need an addon to add paysafe cards as a payment option for my website.
I will provide you the email with the developer information paysafe has sent me and i will also provide you our tester server - where we have zen cart [url removed, login to view] installed and you can do all the testing that you need.
My site is based on zen cart [url removed, login to view] and i need this module to be fully compatible with it.
I also need a feature to be able to define a percentage in our admin section, this percentage will be added to the total amount of the order and if someone chooses to pay for a product by using a paysafe card then the total of his order will be increased accordingly (the commision of the paysafe card that we have defined in our admin section).
I am willing to give upto 90$ to the winner bidder after i verify that everything works properly with zen cart [url removed, login to view] - Do not bid if your bid is bigger than 90$!
