Hi,

I am currently using a customized PHP 4 site and want it completely upgraded to PHP 5. The conversion from PHP 4 to PHP 5 should be totally refactored to optimize speed, maintainability, security, and portability.

The final files should have no PHP 4 code left in them. The total file size is 128KB and is comprised of 21 files.
