Oscommerce installation and configuration

I am having problems installing oscommerce on my server. I think some of the file paths are wrong but can't get it sorted out. Shouldn't take an experienced person very long at all to fix.
I am looking to have this installed with shopping cart attached (with Google Wallet or Paypal) and well as the following template:

If this can be set up within the next 6 hours, I will take the first person with the experience to do it as it shouldn't take long at all.
I can give ftp details and database details immediately for setting up.
