find files in writeable directories

I need a script that looks in all the web facing directories:
/var/www/vhosts/<domain name>/httpdocs/
and
/var/www/vhosts/<domain name>/httpdocs/
find all the writeable directories
list files in those directories
exclude:
graphic files (.gif, .jpg, .png..etc)
[url removed, login to view] files with a size less than 5 bytes
a list of white listed files
If "bad" files are found in a directory they need to be bundled up (zip'd) and stored in a data directory with info about where the files came from
also the orginal files need to be deleted.
Also an email needs to sent to the admin showing the bad files.
