Local Directory/Classified

Project is for the following On behalf of a customer we are doing a local directory of events in the UK. This will be categorised by County and cross categorised by Type ( there will be five different types of events) people should be able to search by type of browse by county ( their local area) the aim of this project is to get the end user to post their events and they will be charged for that. this will need a user log in, post event, paypal payment, admin section to edit all aspects and also links off to blank pages so we can insert terms and condition etc the list of the counties of UK may be provided, however we can also do this ourselves i would imagine the site with across top - search bar ( searchable by any word in DB) then five searches for TYPE - and a show all list search left hand side - list of main areas in UK ( northwest, south east etc) which will open up to list of counties which will then show what event is on in their local area when the pick their county. source code, look and feel of site should be able to be easily changed by us if we wish. we will provide logos etc Very Important - there are many scripts that we can use for this, we do not have time to set this up ourselves, this project is therefore for the amending of a pre existing script that you will know of that you feel could be amended to fit these requirements. the script must have the license removed. we must see an example of the script that you intend to use before chosing a project and you should if needed explain how our requirements would ben met by using the script you give as an example. suggested scripts that may be fit in with our requirements are directory listings or classified.
