Super Programmer

Need a programmer to work with my graphic designer designing a membership website. The programmer needs to install either a snitz or joomla forum which ever one allows you to best fit my requirements in the attachments. Needs the programmer to download and install a simple wordpress blog, and the programmer will be responsible for the membership and ecommerce section of the project. The merchant I will be using will be paypal and need the programmer to allow people to get free access to the forums for two weeks but only if they recommend three friends to my website. After that is done, they can freely access the forum and will get charge two weeks later. Need to install a recommend a friend, print this page, and bookmark option on the homepage, and a contact us ticket support script. Make sure to carefully read the description in the attachments, before bidding so that you know what your requirements are for the project. The graphic designer is already working on the project and is ready to start whenever you are ready. Requirements: -Need to be available from 10:00am-2:00 pm est. The last programmer I hired was from India which was fine because I outsource before in India but this time it was terrible communication. Need to contact me at least twice a day to update me on the progress and to ask questions. -Need to have aim or skype if you’re in the US so we can communicate effectively, I will give you my screename password so we can communicate.
