I am looking for someone to create a legal employment (resume posting, job posting, job search) web site, modeled entirely after [url removed, login to view]'s employment web site. The site you create must offer 100% of the same functionality/features as [url removed, login to view]'s employment site. (Please carefully review links below.) Specifically, the major sections of Vault's site are found here:
Join/Post Your Resume:

(Choose "Function" = LAW)
The site you create must use PHP and MySQL. It must contain a comprehensive Administrative interface to manage/maintain the site. It will also need to support credit card and [url removed, login to view] payments, and the prices can be changed by the Administrator. The Administrator will need the ability to send an email to all registered users (job seekers and/or employers).
In addition, you will be expected to create a professional quality web design/template and all necessary royalty-free graphics. When you are done, the site must be entirely ready for public launch.
