PHP Nuke Modification, Adding RP Chat

I need the following completed, it is a bit of a task but I am sure someone is willing to take the challenge.

This is an online RP site, that allows players to role play via post based chat.

Step 1 :: Install PHPNuke on the server.

Step 2 :: Set up a chat forum for the role play. The chat must be posted based.

[url removed, login to view] - For the top part of the RP area where someone enters the their post. This is suppost to be in a iFrame or at least a top frame of

sorts so that the user can scroll down and keep typing while reading previous posts. (Of course has to fit the screen and look more clean cut.)

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Installation the package & program & show and instruct how too install the software (in ready-to-run condition) on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) Exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site).
