Drupal web programmer wanted

Looking for a web page designer who can program in Drupal. Previously we thought we wanted a Java programmer but we decided on Drupal.? Web page for viewing videos and downloading videos. Need a finished web page where people can watch video on demand and we would pay the creator of each video a portion of the sales so there needs to be a way to track and pay royalties. Currently the web site: [login to view URL] is not set up yet. It still has the text of the previous person we bought the page from. But this job is to make us a finished web page that allows the viewers to click on multiple links of videos, some to sample and some to buy, and eventually enter their credit card info or PayPay info. The programming is to leave multiple blank areas in the design for us to have our graphic artist add the graphics. For instance one graphic will be "Video On Demand." The coder would merely put a generi rectangular box in place with the words "Video On Demand" on it just for a spacer.
