I am an internet marketer. I am planning to promote an insurance quote service through a landing page. The landing page will have sales copy, then show a link where a prospect can complete a simple form and submit the form. Once the form is submitted, vendors will provide the prospect with quotes on whatever kind of insurance he wants.

I get paid a small referral fee whenever a prospect submits a form. It does not cost the prospect anything to submit the form.

As part of my sales copy, I want to offer a free 200-page Ebook and two special reports as bonus gifts to prospects for simply submitting the form. This requires that I capture the email address of the prospect at the moment he clicks on the "Submit" button. I don't get paid if the prospect doesn't submit the form, and there is no system now to know who submitted the form. So, I cannot just give the bonus to everyone who visits the site.

So, I need a code writing expert to design a link that will do two things: (1) to capture the email address of the prospect, and (2) simultaneously submit the signup form to the vendor.

That's the project. I'm open to ideas on how to get this done, and bids for the work.
