A simple front-end upload script to allow registered users on our site to upload .zip and .rar files which will be stored in a seperate folder called "user_files" in our /upload/ directory.

There must be a form to include several details of the file, which will be specified to you. You can use the form for the back-end version of this script, minus two fields.

## Deliverables

The upload script will upload the file to our server, and insert some info into our database about the file. Will only allow .zip & .rar files
