iPhone Application Development - Quote of the Day Display

We would like a very simple iPhone application that does 2 functions and uses basic iPhone SDK GUI elements.? The application should have a simple bar at the top with a settings button and a "+" button for function #1 below. (See the attached bar image).

> 1. The first function is to let the user type quotes and save them into a list. From that list they can delete a previous quote or delete it. (See the attached list image)

> 2. The second function, where the application starts up, displays the quotes on an image background with two buttons in the bottom corners (">" for next and "<" for last)

The settings button should go to a screen where the user can:

> - Choose from randomly, starting with the first quote, or starting with the most recent quote.

> - Select 1 of 5 different background images? with a scrollbox. (see attached scrollbox image)
