PHP Data Page Template

We have a webpage design that we require to be coded into a php page. Our main object is to be able to create alternate versions of the pages by simply changing the colours and background images to make new pages. Attached are 2 images showing how we propose to create different versions of the pages. Please note the custom scroll text areas we require, these must look like this. Also please note the semi-transparent sections. These must have a transparent value and colour as we will be changing the colours as we use them in each page. Template must be easily editted in dreamweaver and all tables designed neatly. I will supply png files for coder to work with at a later date.
