PHP-search facebook users and send message

I need the below to be written in php:
1. search for users in facebook by keyword (ideally by interest)
2. send customizable message(s) to each of the found users.
Note:
- Able to set the interval between each message send. For example, the message to the second found facebook users will be sent out 5 minutes after the first message
- Able to set the limit on the number of message to be sent. For example, if 1000 facebook users are found, we will only send message to the first 300 users.
- Able to save found users into text file.
