The role has expanded, see below updates: Growing international company looking for a full-time Project Manager. You can work from home or an office. Whilst Project Management experience is preferable, we are also interested in talking with web developers who would like to make a permanent career move into Project Management. We currently have developers situated just outside of Moscow, and will shortly be recruiting developers in India. Your primary responsibility will be to prioritise and coordinate various projects amongst developers. Most projects relate to ongoing site functionality development. You will enjoy the full support of testers. Testers will also assist you with specifying projects using visual page mock ups. You will be using MS Project Professional Enterprise Server Edition. You need to be familiar with MS Project, we can train you on the Enterprise Server Edition features. Most development is PHP based (using Postgres), so you need to at least be familiar with what PHP can deliver. Your written and spoken English needs to be good, as you will be taking requirements in English. You'll write specifications in English for Indian developers and Russian for the Moscow developers, and to answer any questions in email/chat/Skype voice sessions. You need to have a fast and reliable internet connection capable of good quality Skype voice conversations whilst using screen sharing software. Experience of working with foreigners is preferable. Major responsibilities will include: 1. Weekly teleconference to developers to ensure they: 1.1 Understand specifications 1.2 Agree responsibilities & deadlines 1.3 Level of developer matched to projects 1.4 Plan, prioritise and manage timescales 1.5 Follow development guidelines 2.
