We need a wise and experienced developer, well versed in development cycles of small and medium size projects, to help writing the detailed requirements for our software project. The system will implement several rather simple (yet innovative) concepts in several components: • A browser plugin (more specifically, a Firefox extension) • A server application interfacing with the browser • A web application as a front end for the server application. • A server application managing a database and interfacing with all of the above. The exact nature of the system will be disclosed only after we choose you, and you sign an NDA. But the details aren't of much importance in terms of the scope of the work: We will send you the outline of the purpose and general functioning of the system and then you will have to ask all the questions to allow nailing down the requirements. We will call you over the phone (or voip) for as long as reasonably needed, and finally expect a professional, eloquent, approx. 5 pages document covering all the necessary aspects. Please bid ONLY if you have excellent spoken and written command of English AND either • have an excellent rating record on this site, OR • are willing to put a seller's guarantee deposit of %25 of the bid amount This is a time sensitive job, we'd like to quickly choose a coder and will be very strict with the deadline. ## Deliverables 1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete and well documented source code of all work done. 2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows (depending on the nature of the deliverables): a) For web sites or other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment. b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request. 3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased.
