Urgent creation of Joomla 1.5 Template

A new company have "open-house" event.. They want a Joomla site up and running very urgent (read today)

The task is to create a very simple template with look and feel from the invitation pdf and use of the attached photo.

At this 1:st step the template is just to get a SIMPLE joomla 1.5 up and running.. Next step is to make a "real" temlate that has more functionality

Install the template and 1 uncategoriced article as frontpage from the pdf.. (Simply cut/paste the "data content"= invitation to openhouse from the pdf to compliment the template to get a frontpage)

Prefered in this project is NOT to use mootools

Template making from scratch or with use of Joomla template maker Artister
