I have a small consulting and education business that is expanding into media and products and I wish to outsource all of my webmaster tasks. I need a webmaster for ongoing website technical work for a set # of hours each month. I currently have 30+ domains, and have 6 sites up and running. I would like to start with 10 hours of work as a trial. Work will be given to multiple bidders on various sites, one will be selected after all work is completed to continue as part of my virtual team.
## Deliverables
**Must:**
-Have Knowledge of HTML, PHP, Wordpress, cPanel, amember, FTP, domain management
- have experience in Set up of new websites using cPanel
- have experience in Creation/Upgrades of Wordpress Blogs
-Expert working knowledge of Installation of Wordpress plug-ins and their features
-have experience with Installation of PHP scripts
- have experience Insertion of graphics/themes/templates/banner ads and customization of Wordpress sites
-have experience with Insertion of audio/video plug ins to websites
- have knowledge of integration of multiple sites, including domain forwarding/masking
- have knowledge of html for customization of membership site page updates within a "Memberstar site" (see [url removed, login to view])
Bonus skills:
Insertion/knowledge of shopping cart
Knowledge of SEO
Multi-site planning/design
Proactive recommendations of methods and improvements in existing sites, and comprehensive knowledge of Wordpress plug ins
Internet marketing knowledge in areas such as SEO, keywords, list building and traffic
Work with a virtual team

Desire to work on an ongoing basis as part of a team, coordinating with content creators, virtual assistants, other technical specialists
Describe your Time management of self, and willingness to provide short progress reports/emails ( you will be paid for this time)
Please bid your hourly rate. The winners will get 10 hours of work on this first engagement. Work consists of setting up brand new wordpress blogs, customizing existing single pages in a memberstar site (html), installing PHP scripts in existing sites, installing wordpress plugins, some domain forwarding, wordpress version upgrades, graphics/header/banner installation.
Please also include the best days/time for a short skype interview during the period of April 27-30th
