Create a exact clone of [url removed, login to view] classified listing service. (I believe this site is using a script, so if you want to use a script that's fine but use the following requirements).
The listing should be some what like a list of ebay where the customer can click on the product for a bigger picture and more detail of the product. The page itself should be in just a few kb's so that the loading of the page is fast and thus also enabling users on mobile to access faster.
The subject of the sms/mms will be used to define the category and the mobile number will be highlighted (the same as the clone site) as well as the first few words of the sms/mms will be used for the list posting , the balance will be on the product page itself. The listing will be limited to 160 characters.
There is no need of logins and passwords except for the administrator. User will not be able to make modifications or delete postings at the moment (but is required, where they will be defined a username and password at a later date). Users must be able to add, modify, and delete ads. User should be create profile with username, password, email address, and forgot password feature.. If user forgets password they can enter their email address/mobile number and a new password would be sms to them. Site should confirm sms of person placing ad prior to posting to the website.
Site should have an admin control panel to allow admin to delete any ads that may be inappropriate e. Admin control panel should have settings to specify the amount of time the ads will stay on the site based on category as well as to make sure if the payment is made which will be by either a manual confirmation of the admin or by a premium sms payment. Site should allow categories to be added and deleted through the control panel. Site should also allow the admin to switch the placement order of the categories.
Each Category should have its own Ad listing requirements that we need to be able to control in the control panel.
For example: If we are going to have cars listed, we want to require the ads to have the following fields: Make, Model, Mileage, and Year. Or if we decide to have houses listed, we want the house ads to have the following requirements: City, State, Zip, Age, and Condition. We want to be able to define them!
Each picture or video will be mms and these should be taken and placed in a small for the listing page and bigger in that product page, in order to fit a mobile screen for greater viewing pleasure. I expect most of the postings itself to managed automatically with very little maintenance.
Ads must expire within specified amount of time...time to be specified in the admin control panel. All code must be bug free. I currently have all images for the main page and the layout in HTML which may need to be re coded to work with back end database. Having the design and images should cut down on time to develop. You will be designing the site from scratch, so this includes color scheme I will email you the logo to towards the end of the project.
Static Header and Footer (Very important. We want this to save valuable time when we change pages)
This site is a full classified site like txt2ad.com. It will be actually listing products, so the layout should be like ebay.
The index page should have featured listings.
The right side should have Most Popular Ads which is to be automatically updated.
Below that should be an Ad sense Box (well blended)
The left side should have the Navigation and a Banner Ad section below to allow easy addition of ads.
The site will be uploaded onto our servers, the sms/mms gateway will be handled by us. However we will require your assistance when we compile both parts together.
It is okay to use a script or open source code to develop the site. But I need to have full licenses. Site must be SEO friendly (Title, Meta Tags, Keywords) In addition, we need to have the listing title as the page title. For example, if a users listing title is �ABC Product for sale the page title needs to reflect that as well.

25% Listing/classified script is installed and functional
25% All pages are on site
20% Site is live, updated and bug free
5 Days after this point, all funds in escrow will be pushed to you
5% Retainage released after 30 days.

Due to the nature of this website, we are looking for someone with wonderful feedback. So the lowest bidder with feedback (at least 5) will get the job.
Also, towards the end of the bidding date, I will contact the 3 lowest bidders so that you can send me url's of site that you have completed like this.
We are not interested in basic websites that you have completed. We are interested in a full web 2.0 website that you created!
