269197 Need Website PHP AJAX MYSQL

We have all the requirements and mockups, PSD and wrote exactly how the admin page should FUNCTION (no design for admin was made). We prefer custom made from scratch. No OS Commerce or similar please. The website and admin page needs to be done in AJAX (no page refresh, inline text editing etc, similar to facebook status update). We have a dedicated server with cPanel Version 11.23.3-RELEASE cPanel Build 25133 Theme x3 Apache version 1.3.39 (Unix) PHP version 5.2.5 MySQL version 5.0.45-community Architecture i686 Operating system Linux Path to sendmail /usr/sbin/sendmail Path to PERL /usr/bin/perl If you have difficulties with ANY parts of the requirement, please let me know and we might be able to use extra help to get that part done. Please do not post your company details, write regarding this project only. You should have skype to communicate with us and via email. It will be very easy to work with us. You will have a dedicated Project manager that is technical and will be able to provide you quick and accurate feedback to get this project done. This project MUST be completed BEFORE DEC 20 2008 for testing. DO NOT bid if you are not able to finish this project by then. The following items are attached for review: 1. HOME PAGE JPG (self explanatory) 2. LISTING PAGE JPG (self explanatory) 3. DETAIL VIEW PAGE JPG (self explanatory) 4. REQUIREMENTS for the ADMIN (MS EXCEL) HOME PAGE a.) The left item image will be a slide show taken from the database. The admin can chose which products should be shown in this slideshow (max 20 items). b.) Ignore the LIVE CAM in the menu for now (phase 2) c.) LOGIN is described in the excel page as “VIP PAGE” which is just for clients. LISTING PAGE a.) The search filter idea is the same as the new ebay search. They use filters to find products. b.) Most important part here is that as you click on the various check box filters on the left, the main page in the middle will update in real time without page refresh. No problem if the main product window will display “ …searching” or similar, but the header, footer, left categories must remain at all time without an overall page refresh. c.) You can add remove categories from admin (see excel page for more details) DETAIL VIEW PAGE a.) The text for Sales Department is taken from the admin (pre defined) b.) The text for the PERIOD is taken from the admin (pre defined) c.) When you click on Larger image, we will use Ajax Effect (popup) [login to view URL] and adding the other thumbnails below it so that the user doesn't have to exit the window for each image thumbnail. d.) Print this page will create a printer friendly page of everything except the search bar, top menu, and the footer e.) “request price” should allow user to enter NAME, EMAIL , PHONE (at least one of them required). Email is then sent to the admin that shows this page so that they can follow up with the client. Also the request fields will simply show up below the button via ajax (java) without page refresh. f.) “Directions” will open a ajax window of google map with option for the user to enter his departure address and to find the direction to this destination. (I am open for other suggestions). g.) Contact Form will be very standard, Name, Email. Etc h.) About Page will be standard just text and maybe one picture, same layout as Detail View Page i.) We will need Site Map j.) User can add up to 6 thumbnails. Only show boxes if there is an image inside. Please review the excel sheet for the admin requirements . Each Menu on the left is described in each TAB. We are flexible with the design of the Admin Page, doesn't have to be very fancy. You can use same approach as the front end if you want. It has to be very easy in navigation. Please send me your questions, this way I know you have reviewed it and are ready to go. We will deposit 50% of project in escrow before project starts.
