XML-feed integration

I want to integrate xml feeds into a wordpress website.? I have included a few of the feeds in the attached zip so you can see the format.

I want someone who can tell me the best way to do it.? I want to specify category and/or subcategory and/or keyword for a website and whenever the server receives an xml feed, it will? place the feed as a post in a specified wordpress website.

There are currently 2 wordpress design templates, examples included in the attached zip.?

Programmer should have access to yahoo messenger and skype? during the project, as communication is very important to me.

## Deliverables

there will be an xml feed supplying approximately 400 xml files? a day, i've included 2 of them in the attached zip.

I've also included a spreadsheet that has the xml feed categories.

so, i have selected? a certain website and specific categories/subcategories for that particular website.

so, for each website,? i want all feeds/press releases in the specified categories/subcategories to be submitted as a post. (I believe it will be best for me to create a login/pw for each site with the same username, so the bot can login and post the article.? I believe I should also create the appropriate categories on each site before running the bot.)

For sites not containing categories, a keyword list will be supplied, which will search keywords/phrases to post sites.? This keyword list will be provided as soon as we generate it, which will be soon after the job is awarded.?
