Implement a tracking code for Google Adwords

Hi,
I need to implement a tracking code for Google Adwords in a website made with prestashop.
You must place this tracking code in two places:
1- In the contact form. On this way when a customer sends a contact form (and he comes from Google adwords) in my Google adwords stats will add 1 conversion.
2- Each time i sell a product in my website (and he comes from Google adwords) in my Google adwords stats will add 1 conversion. This conversión must show the value of the order without taxes. In my website i have only one method of payment by paypal.
