Main keywords are: highly but simple configurable,clean and well commented coding, fast (small files), SEO optimized and multi lingual.
Using separate language files for each language.

can be copied / viewed from.
Also will i sent you 5 Screenshot + Specification to clearify
it all.
An experience Ajax programmer should be able to do this
within 1-2 days.
Mysql front-end not needed. Mysql back-end we do need.
