SEO/Link Building for 2 sites

I am looking for a reasonably priced and efficiant person or company to optimize 2 websites. Both have been so recently aquired that I only have the admin codes for one at the present time. I should have all the codes by MAR 30. Both sites are currantly being redesigned for look and feel. Once that work is completed, the SEO will begin. I would expect that backlinks be added, content where needed, and good positioning in the search engines. Site #1 is [url removed, login to view] Site #2 is [url removed, login to view] Keep in mind that these sites will not look the same when you begin your work. Also, include in your estimate an approximate timeline for these sites to reach top rankings and PR. It is understood that all timelines are estimates and search engines can not be predicted accurately. I will not hold escrow for being off in an estimate; however, I do need these sites to turn a profit quickly as I am on a tight budget. I would like an idea of a time frame from someone more experianced then I am.
