493053 Business Directory Script

what i am after is basicly, a directory so business can use my site to advertise their services from. I havent found any script that does what i am wanting in the way i want it and appearance. take a look at the attached pictures. shows what im wanting (wiling to take onboard more ideas) i need this asap, im not asking to make the entire site just the main structure for advertisement system and searching system.
