Hi. I am considering a project and need to get a rough idea of costs and some documentation I can use to pitch the idea. I need software that would allow multiple users to log into their account and sort their incoming documents (probably PDF format). It will be a large number of documents that users want to organise quickly. I would think the typical user would log in once and week and:
1. Have about 30 - 50 inbound documents.
2. They would likely want to delete about 70% straight away.
3. They would then sort the remaining documents into folder for later reference.
So I think the documents need to be received into an inbox that allows users to quickly preview the front page which would also contain a short amount of descriptive text. A delete button and then a folder button which you allows the user to select a folder to move the document to. Thats probably all that is needed. Downloaded as an App would be suitable.
At this stage I don't need it build. Just documentation that outlines how the software would look and work and a quote for how much it would eventually cost to build.
