Phpfox project - repost

My current provider isn't responding to my e-mails so I am looking for another person to help finish this project. I have phpfox 1.6.21 and I need these things done:

1. URL restructuring. Pagination needs to be shorter when they click on next, previous or a page number. Currently it's very long when they click "next" button for example:

I want it like: [login to view URL] or [login to view URL] or [login to view URL]

There is also a page that links to: [login to view URL]

I want it to be restructured to [login to view URL]

I also have 2 other pages that I need the URL to be changed.

[login to view URL] needs to be [login to view URL]

[login to view URL] needs to be [login to view URL]

There is also a pagination in the pending page. You're going to have to make it short there too but I think there is a pagination block that you can just edit and it will do it for all paginations on my site.

Lastly tag links in the tag block are like this: [login to view URL]

I want tags to show like this instead [login to view URL]

2. When users search for a photo and they type it in, it goes to [login to view URL], I need it to be [login to view URL]
