We are looking for someone who can convert Fireworks files to Magento. The conversion should be:

? Clean, Efficient, Semantic Code

? High Quality CSS

? W3C Valid Xhtml 1.0 Transitional

? W3C Valid CSS Level 2 Transitional

? SEO Optimized

? Cross Browser Compatible

Other responsibilities include:

1.) Installing Magento Ecommerce and making sure Magento runs efficiently (fast) on server.

2.) Provide us with 15 days of support to fix any 'non-platform' bugs or errors.

3.) Developing one newsletter template designed by us

. We would like to chat via IM/iChat every other day for approximately 10minutes to communicate progress and any problems/issues that may come up. We would like to see at least two Magento sample sites with customized design.
