fckeditor php emerg fix

hello if anyone can fix this tonight I would be appreciated [full ftp access will be granted]
1. goto
[url removed, login to view] this site uses a content mgmt system based on fckeditor, i copied it from one server [which it worked on] to another server and now it doesnt work. see screenshot of error, also this is the error:
