Message to encourage shareware registration

I have a shareware application called FILE and MP3 Renamer 2002, I'm looking for a nice little message that will encourage user registration.

Something that shows our gratitude and subtly explains why registration is needed (so that we can continue working), as well as the difference between existing freeware products and our shareware (constant updates and fixes, customer support, etc.)

All this items are optional, if you already have a message that has worked for you, just post it here and tell me how good it was for you.

**Note:** I'm not looking for a nag screen, this form will be used when the user clicks on "Register" somewhere on the program.

1) The message.

2) A registration form (.frm) in VB6 that contains the message, logos and info about payment forms. Only the GUI, no functionality needed. (See attached ZIP file for samples, etc.)

**Note:** I might choose more than one bid in case I like someone's message and some other coder's GUI.

**NOTE:**Feel free to post your shareware message and screen shot here, I am a reputable coder and buyer on this site and if you see me using your message or GUI in one of my products without paying you, feel free to contact RAC so that they may cancel my account.
