Modify Existing Application that connect to a camera using DirectShow, [login to view URL]

I had a recent application developed using VB.Net and DirectShow and now? while? running our application the following below occurs.

1- Ocasionally the Live Video Feed PictureBox Freezes and never recovers

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? The Live Video Feed PictureBox is there to display the Video?

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? coming from the Camera, when this PictureBox Freezes we are no

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? longer able to view our scale...

2 - Ocassionally Vista Randomly Freezes, Mouse does Not Work, Keyboard?

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Does Not Work, Ctrl+Alt+Del does not work, the only way to

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? recover is to restart our computer and then this application...

This application runs 6 days a week for 9 hours a day.

Problem #1 occurs roughly 3 times a week and Problem #2 occurs about 1

? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? ? Time a week.

My computer is a Brand New Dell Laptop, 3GB ram, and Vista Premium 32bit OS...

I need a DirectShow Expert to go through our code throughly and fix whatever is causing these problems...

When this Application is running it will take pictures from the live video feed, save the pictures, and display the pictures on the form whenever the "Gross" or "Tare" TextBox changes...
