PDF to Email Printer Using GhostScript and RedMon

I need a program that can create PDF Files using ghost script and RedMon Redirect Monitor. This can be done with the instructions from the ghost script site. I would then like to Create an Email with the PDF as the attachment. The email should work with all versions of Outlook. So the basic operation would be from any program Choose FILE>PRINT>PDF-Mail Printer . An email in outlook is created with the pdf Attachment already attached. I am using Ghost Script Version 7.03. I would like an installer that can correctly install the printer and install all required software packages detect if either RedMon or GhostScript is already installed. If either RedMon or GhostScript is not installed then launch their installers. I prefer to use the 'Apple LaserWriter 16/600 PS' postscript driver for Windows NT/2000/XP. I prefer to use "Apple LaserWriter" for Windows 9x. I need all source code. Use VB6. References To Required Software.
