Simple VB MS Outlook macro

We require a simple macro to be written, it must be compatible with, or versions supplied that are compatible with, MS Outlook 2000, 2002, 2003, and 2007. The function of the macro is to take information from a newly created calendar event, and generate an HTTP request to our server, sending some information contained in the the calendar event as part of the request. The request should comply with an API we already have in place for sending SMS messages, which is quite straightforward. The deliverables are the working macro or macros.
