Need MLM database site desined similar in concept to [login to view URL]

Need a Multi Level Marketing and E-Commerce site designed. Needs to have the store function work like [url removed, login to view] and includes an "enter my representatives name" or "Find a rep" field before it takes you to the store... each representative will have their own store where they choose the featured items from a catalog of items. All orders placed are run through our Merchant account and credited to that sales person. Sales data automatically transfers to that representatives personal account page. The representative login: Many representatives. requires a name and password... goes to their own page with their invoices, sales figures, sales tracking & inventory, contact database w/ email marketing capabilities, sales party schedule, order forms, report forms, gift certificate ordering (generates a unique coded gift certificate for client) & account balance. Data needs to update other documents (i.e. They fill out the order form to order more stock and it updates their inventory to show that stock has been ordered... once order has been received it transfers to the "inventory in stock" sends confirmation to the Admin (Main Company). Easy GUI Admin (Main Company Interface) have access to representative wide drop boxes, news flashes, and info, as well as rep specific access such as invoicing specific rep. All forms and data created by reps updates the Admin account... When Rep A sells 2 of item A and they had 10 in stock.. their inventory now reflects 8 remaining and the Admin database reflects 8 remaining for that rep. Combining of all rep orders into master order form with ability to simply choose when ordered, backordered, shipped, delivered, tracking number (which sends tracking number to rep). Need to be able to track and cross reference fields and reps... who sold the most, which items sold most, Generate reports. Employees assigned levels of access to portions of site/database (read/write, write only, read only, no permission) Easy GUI for non coding employees.

## Deliverables

1) Complete and fully-functional working program(s) in executable form as well as complete source code of all work done.

2) Deliverables must be in ready-to-run condition, as follows? (depending on the nature? of the deliverables):

a)? For web sites or? other server-side deliverables intended to only ever exist in one place in the Buyer's environment--Deliverables must be installed by the Seller in ready-to-run condition in the Buyer's environment.

b) For all others including desktop software or software the buyer intends to distribute: A software? installation package that will install the software in ready-to-run condition on the platform(s) specified in this bid request.

3) All deliverables will be considered "work made for hire" under U.S. Copyright law. Buyer will receive exclusive and complete copyrights to all work purchased. (No GPL, GNU, 3rd party components, etc. unless all copyright ramifications are explained AND AGREED TO by the buyer on the site per the coder's Seller Legal Agreement).
