Hi,

I am after a business directory of our local area, 1 Town.

You can use scripts as there are heaps available, but they need to be modified to suit.

An example directory that I really like, which is very simple to use is [url removed, login to view] and I have a competator who address is www.northlakes.com.au.

I need it to be set up the same as [url removed, login to view] with free and paid listings, the ability for real estate agents to add houses to the site, so maybe another script built in, also car sales etc etc. Also the local weather is to be displayed on the front page.

So a really simple site to build.

Basically I need this done very cheap. A person going for a good rating would be ideal
