Clone of Website Technology

We are working on a project which will require the technology being used by the website www.backoftheshirt.com. The basis of this website is that the user can select their favourite football team and create a customized shirt with their name and number on it. This can then be saved as a picture, which they can use as an avatar, email to friends, or use via facebook. We are using this website for an entirely different purpose than [login to view URL], but we need the technology to be the same. It should have all the available features, such as selecting your shirt, selecting the front, adding your name and number, emailing to friends, etc. Please note we will ignore "non-personalised" bids. If you do not send us a specific message about this project, we will not reply.
