complete backend front end and Point of sale from scratch

Hello I operate 3 jewellery stores for which i need website,ecommerce,inventory management,facebook presence, integration with amazon and ebay, and point of sale system ipad or android based along the lines of shopkeep but not cloud based, i will also require someone to stay onboard for purpose of database management etc...I would prefer to use oscommerce as backbone but am open to suggestions please quote seperately based on what are essentially 3 projects which need to mesh
