Good day to you all,
Previously I worked with a freelancer and he ruined all my ideas and his PHP knowledge is worse than mine. I lost $300 and my time with him. Now I need this to be completed as soon as possible with a well reputed person who can really complete it 100%. So I need to give the whole project to someone who can do it clearly and cheap my budget is about $450-500. Here is a small description of what I need.

I need site design like this : [login to view URL], I prefer the design to be changed like this : [login to view URL] and when click on the title and go inside to the deal page should be like this : [login to view URL]
User Panel:
--------------
* users should be able to register; on registration name email and password will be asked and link should be sent to confirm registration
* on user dashboard users would be able to keep track on their recent orders and change profile details (even change password only is doesn't matter)
Admin Panel:

* Manage orders (update from pending to complete cancel etc.) and keep track of data about orders.
* Manage users (add,edit..)
* Manage Deals (add,edit,delete...)
Procedure of the site:

when buyer click BuyNow button he should redirect to a cart page where he can select the quantity and enter the delivery details (enter name address and phone number, country cannot be change since delivery is only provided locally). On the same page or in the next page he will be ask to select payment option (currently planning to give only 2 options, which is "Bank Transfer" and "PayAndCollect") upon the selection and submit the order user will receive an email with order number, details and information on how to pay (if bank transfer selected he should receive email with bank info or if he selected
payandcollect he should be informed where he can pay and collect). In the mean time administrator also should be notified
with an email that buyer has been placed ad order and these are the details.
