I need somebody that can help me build an interactive music sharing site in which people can find and post music from other sites. There is a lot of detail that goes into making this site, but I have already constructed a layout on photoshop to give you a full perspective as to what it should look like and how it should all work. I have built the layout on photoshop but I need somebody that can look at what I've got and go from there. I would like this project to be completed very soon but also very diligently. I need a true professional that will be able to touch things up and make things very efficient with minimal lag.
