I hired a group to do this site and as per below I want daily updates and respond very quickly as part of the bonus. I wam not joking the quicker this goes and better the communication the bigger the bonus. i want an duplicate/same/exact site made for me. with the screen shots i provide to be how it looks. i will be change the titles, links, etc on my own. I have taken screen shots of the log in process as i want my site to be the same. If you cant duplicate this site please dont waste my time. i will pay very well for good work with a bonus (up to an additional 1000.00 usd) above the bid price for quality work and fast development time.
i want all the buttons the same style everything the same even colour so i can change this on my own when i figure out a good colour scheme. all pages need to be the same or exact so please review the website and make sure you can do it all. I will then take out what i don't need afterward.
i want to see websites you have done in the past so i know you can do this job. something that relates to the functionality of the above website i referenced.

This will need a beta site to be done within a 2 week period. I will be checking in daily for updates and expect emails and or relies within a few hours. I pay well for these fast turnaround times and has an big impact on the bonus. I will expect to be emailed the framework so i know it is being done properly...i am a programmer myself just dont have time for this project so please make sure you know what you are getting into.
I need people or companies with references and feedback so i can see that you can handle large website building. IF you only have small jobs completed on your feedback it is hard to compare bids and i will not reply. Also, if i dont get a response or updates that i request i will cancel the contract....I need this done the way i described the project. The time frame is crucial and important.

midsection and footer all remain constant and never change. I want the section under the header menu to slide in from the right after 10 seconds or clicking the arrow. I will be changing text and information as we go along, but that is the site design. add me to it will be easier to share thoughts and communicate i think.
so this project if communication and time lines are met will be worth 4000. this is generous for what i want , but i need it fast and quality work.
