Joomla Template convert to Wordpress

Hi, Simply put it, I want an exact copy of the template for www. airplusmaldives .com The site is run on Joomla, however I want to convert the template to Wordpress. You may use free plugins to get some parts of the template to work, however these must be plugins with good rating and downloads. Any plugins which has only a few hundred downloads cant be accepted. All pictures from the site can be used for new wordpress template. The booking system is a simple form that emails the chosen info to a specified email. This is a very simple template, however I expect good work. A working demo of the template must be shown either on the free wordpress site or your own server so I can test it. I should be able to create directories, posts, pages which will populate the theme exactly to how it is. Theme should have templates for different pages which I can select from New Post area. I think you will understand what I mean. This is standard, but just wanted to point it out for anyone who is new to the business expect of creating new wordpress themes. If you have any problem loading the site, pls check back in a few hours as we are restoring the site from a backup since Joomla is giving us problems every now and then. I will need follow up work on improving the template, so more work is there for who ever gets this job. Thanks
