Make a website in 7 days

Dear freelancer, I need a website in 7 days. I will provide the PSD of the interface. If u need i can design the home page in HTML5 also. What i need a backend where people can upload product name and other information. In front end people can buy those product. Along with this there are more details which i will share once i talk in personal message box. I will make 25% milestone first. After 25% milestone i will make further 25% milestone. After 100% work is done and tested i will release the funds.
