Modify a Wordpress Theme

I need a web-developer to modify a website with a wordpress theme from the ground-up.I have set-up hosting/domain and wordpress myself so no set-up required.I will provide wordpress login details to you ,when you get the job. Website is set-up with wordpress Story Theme from themeforest: [login to view URL] I need a very experienced web-developer/wordpress expert to do this job. The build will be in 2 phases: 1)Build the skeleton of the website with that theme(parallax sliders,navigation bar,social media bar,sales video above the fold etc) 2)When the website is done ,modifying the copyrighting that i will provide myself If you get the job i will provide a screenshot brief and also screen recording video of exactly what i need.
