Need PHP/Wordpress expert to help with real estate site overhaul.

I run a real estate business in San Diego and am looking to do a complete overhaul of my website. What I am looking for is a motivated php programmer/web programmer to help my current programmers with the site-overhaul. The applicant will work closely with me and with my current web development team in various tasks, which include (but are not limited to): 1. Convert entire website to Wordpress, needs to be able to read and update RETS / IDX feeds. 2. Migrate to [login to view URL] schemas. 3. Update the Wordpress installation and update all the plugins 4. Various design changes that will apply to each page of the site 5. Fix and update metadata in each and every page of the site 6. Create an experimental all-Wordpress version of the current site for testing My existing site is currently in html, php and Wordpress, and I would like to switch the entire thing over to Wordpress - so php programmers experienced in Wordpress would be ideal. Since this is a real estate site, the applicant should have experience working with IDX feeds. Please include your hobby in your application so I know you have read and understood the job description. My current web development team is based in Romania, so php programmers/Wordpress experts from Romania will be given preference, although all are welcome to apply. I will pay an hourly rate. This will be an ongoing, long-term position for the right candidate.
