Here is what I need. Say I have two groups of visitirs "A & B" for my company. Groups "A" does work for group "B" and gets paid by the company. Group "B" are the clients and they pay to the company. something similar to many free lancer service providers. The main difference is that the members in Group "A" can accept work based on their location (city, zip code etc, may be within 50 miles of work location). No bidding is required. Clients will set their own price after negociating with the company, and will post it on the website, where local worker will be able to lock and work on it. Once the work is locked no other members of the group "A" can assign the work to themselves. There would be 5 main catagories under which the work would be listed and the workers would have ability to lock the work in one or multiple catacories and will be declared during signup process.
Clients will post works and would be listed in the form of table and the list would include date listed, status and the cost. work can be listed for 3, 5, 7, 10, 20, and 30 days. Someother procedures need to be implemented based on the company's policies.
Other features including Sign up under a Group "A" or Group "B", login, posting of work are aslo required. Free signups based on the promotional codes etc.
Logo will be provided. We need someone who can do the website design with database (MYSQL) and PHP within 3 to 4 weeks.
