Slice PSD into CSS/HTML and then create a ZenCart template

Thanks for taking the time to view my project. This is lengthy, but I wanted to make sure I communicated as much as I could to allow you to understand my requirements and to bid accordingly.

I currently have a single page layered PSD that I have edited the color scheme on and it will act as the foundation to work off of. (I started out with the attached image, and have edited the color scheme since then). You can see it's a standard layout with the logo up top, a top horizontal menu below it, zencart boxes along the left hand side, body content on the right, and a bottom horizontal menu. I want it to be horizontally centered.

The deliverables I require are:

1) The single PSD page I have, sliced into HTML AND CSS

2) A working Zencart 1.3.7 template based on the single PSD

Now for the details....

The single PSD page being sliced into HTML and CSS should be self explanatory. But to be clear, I'd like the same slices to be reassembled in both HTML AND in CSS. Why both formats you may ask? So I have them. Now would be as good a time as ever to have them created.

For the Zencart template, obviously other pages will have to be created to make the template, ie the product page, boxes, buttons for the boxes, etc. I want mouseovers on the top and bottom menu bar options. I'm not overly familiar with Zencart templates, and all of their subsections, but I need all of those subsections and subpages created, whatever they are. Bottom line is, I need a fully working Zencart 1.3.7 template.

**NOTE: The Zencart portion of this project does not require Zencart installation, configuration, hosting, or anything like that. I do not need products added, content added, I merely need the template created.

I need the images to be professionally sliced. I tried ImageReady and Fireworks myself, and the autoslice results weren't appetizing. I need to be able to make minor updates to the sliced images later on without having to update the entire site/template. So I don't know if that means having PSDs of the sliced images, or whatever. Example, the top menu bar options, if I want to change one of the menu options, or change the order, or whatever, I need the ability to make the update, save as a web image format and then update and use in the html/css/zencart template.

Finally, I am very technically literate. I have purchased logo design services several times, in addition to oscommerce template development services. I believe I have a good grasp on the development process and the efforts required by both parties. I am very easy to work with and will communicate quickly and openly. I expect the same from the winning bidder. Open communication and managing expectations will make this easy for both parties.

The deliverables must be completed to my satisfaction. I require your agreement to never use/sell/give/distribute my template/work or the work you produce as a result of this project.

Future modifications would be a possibility, and I know within 6 months I will need another Zencart template created.

In your bids, please let me know your timeframes, I'd like it done fairly soon, but obviously not rushed as I want a quality result. Please also include examples or portfolios. Finally, I'd like to know your experience with Zencart templates.

Looking forward to a successful project completion.

Thanks in advance.
