I am looking for a good yet affordable WordPress developer and graphic artist to tweak my existing personal MLM team training website.

I am wanting the following things performed:
*Add content to my already setup pages 4-6 pages.
*About Us page needs to be drop down for (Vision-Mission-Bio).
*Add plug-in for (that I can place captions under photos) photo gallery and upload 10-15 photos.
*Add plug-in for events page (that will give detailed description of events).
*Add 25 completed articles.
*Setup my blog page so that I can easily add text and video blogs.
*Setup a password protected area of the site to be used for company specific trainings I will do.
Setup Contact Us page with web-form and CAPTCHA Code.
*Add tags for SEO.
*Integrate my Social Media.
*Add custom graphic lead capture box (via AWEBER) in the side navigation
*Add video capabilities in side navigation (For testimonials).
*Add a pop up reminder to increase probability of viewers subscribing to my list before leaving my site.
*Add affiliate link/banners (under resources page)
*Setup google analytics.
Possibly a new theme if the following doesn't integrate well with my current theme.
Specific expertise that I am seeking:
You should have experience designing WordPress websites. Graphics is required.
Experience with search engine optimization is an added plus.
