Update PHG Wordpress Website and Make Two Identical New Copies

PHG are a pet sitting franchise and as part of their services they provide all new clients with websites. An existing Wordpress website requires some minor upgrades as per the attached fiiles, and then this template website is to be identically copied on to two new sites, domains and hosting will be provided by me.
The existing website can be found at [url removed, login to view] and login details will be provided.
This is an easy project for those knowledgeable in Wordpress, and it is expected that I will have to have built 1 or 2 new (though identical) sites each month.
