We need someone to design the backend for one of our sites, you will be required to:
1. design a script that can keep track of all the latest episodes and movies being released for tv shows.
2. populate info about the tv show and movies
The above should be done via API or crawling other sites.
Our ultimate goal is to have a functioning site (in terms of content) as Clicker dot com
We do not require any of the social feature the site has, just the core content (and the ability to keep it updated automatically) The content can be crawled from clicker or any other site.
We have the design of the site done, so once your done writing the scripts to retrieve/keep content updated, I need you to embed it into our design. This should be done in PHP with simple includes, so if we change the design it is easy to maintain (MVC).
In the backend script we should be able to manage links submitted by users. In the front end, we need a user login/signup function and should allow users to be able to add shows in diff sections (More Details upon awarding proj).
We need this done in 1 week! We will put 50% in escrow until half the work is done (on your server for us to witness) and release the rest once your done, so you can give us the code.
You will be required to work with: jQUERY+PHP+MYSQL
